Refunds are only available in the event that item is not available, the incorrect item was shipped, the item arrived damaged, or the item was incomplete. To obtain a refund, the customer must contact The Wall Works within 3 business days of receiving the order. Refunds will not be given if the decal was damaged during application, or if you no longer want the item after receiving it.
If any of your items have the option of glass etching, you agree and understand that this is a permanent process. It is not simply vinyl that mocks the look of glass etching. The cream used is a product of ARMOUR PRODUCTS, and is dangerous to handle. The Wall Works is not responsible for any harm or health issues in result of the use of the glass etching cream. Below is the warning label from the product.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN & PETS. Contains Ammonium/Sodium Bifluorides. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do no taste, swallow, or breathe liquid or mist. Always use near water, use in well venthilated area. Wear long sleeved proctective garments, rubber or plastic gloves, and protective glasses or goggles. Rinse empty container thoroughly with water before discarding in proper receptacle.
FIRST AID: immediate action required if contact occurs. Call your poison center, emergency department, or a physician. Specific hydrofluoric acid antedote treatment may be required. For emergency information call Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222.
INTERNAL - Rinse mouth completely and drink a glass of water or milk. DO NOT induce vomiting.
EXTERNAL/SKIN - Remove contaminated clothing. Flush skin and exposed area with water for 15 minutes. EYES: Rinse immediately with water and continue to flush eyes with water for 10-15 minutes.
